Rotaract Medicine Bank has become a well known humanitarian organization and they want to continue spreading their service for the people all over the country.
Medicine Club:
Medicine club is a multidirectional humanitarian organization which was established on 31st January of 1981 by a group of students with a desire to serve the distressed and un-served people of the community.
This organization which started out with only 32 members forming a single unit in MMC now has it’s units almost in each and every government and non government medical colleges.
The activities of this club not only includes arrangement of blood collection and donation, free medicine supply, blood grouping, distribution of relief products, but also enhancement of curricular activities of medical students by providing them with supports and study outlines.
Leo Club:
Leoism is a movement to generate good qualities among the youth to make them function with the social needs so that they can provide the nation with perfect leadership. Leo club of Mymensingh is enriched with many dedicated and potential medical students who have many experiences in the field of social service.
Activities:
School eye sight testing and vitamin A & D capsule distribution, blood donation & vaccination, drug bank, poor fund, nebulizing for asthma patient, tree plantation program, health check-up, winter cloth distribution, ORS distribution and school motivation program.
Leo club helps young people grow as leaders and generous human beings while providing an invaluable service to the community.
